About the Author

Dr. Rachele Pojednic is the director of scientific research at Restore Hyperwellness, an associate professor at Norwich University, and a research associate at the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine at Harvard Medical School. She is also the founder of Strong Process Education, through which she offers nutrition, physical activity and behavior change courses designed for health coaches, fitness professionals and wellness enthusiasts.

Dr. Pojednic received her PhD from Tufts University and completed her postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School, where she launched a career investigating the interconnectedness of nutrition, exercise, performance and healthy aging.
